2019 Class Project

The Waukee Leadership Class of 2019 raised money to purchase a van for the Waukee Community Closet and Stivers Lincoln Ford was generous enough to loan a van to them weekly for free rather than purchase one and then have the expense of the upkeep.  The monies raised by the class went toward magnets for the Van with donors logo on there as well as the new sign for their building, as the name was changed to Dallas County Community Closet. The balance of the monies raised was given to the Community Closet for the purchase of more clothing.  The Community Closet brings clothes to Dallas County residents who can not afford them. Thank you for your support.
